For many years I attended and loved church. I loved the music, the praise and worship and the preaching. I loved talking to my friends after the service. However on Monday morning it was business as usual. Business as usual meant doing business the world’s way. I had a business degree and many learned sales techniques that worked and helped achieve ongoing sales results.

Because of church on Sunday and business “as usual” Monday toFriday His anointing on me was way short of His desire for the best for me – a rich anointing far beyond my unknowing ignorance. When, as business people living for purpose, we allow God to be the alpha and omega of our business lives or we practice church 24 by 7 it is like hitching up to about 10 turbo chargers. The results move from addition to multiplication in everything we do. We burn brighter for Him and start to feel more “the weight” of His glory like never before. In Hebrew glory means weight.

Business becomes much more enjoyable, as we let God take over our fears and anxieties as we learn to be diligent in everything He has stewarded us with. As we prioritise our leadership by putting Him first with regular (many times a day) prayer purely because we love Him and we want to make quality decisions at all levels of importance. We start to see a rapid increase in life and business opportunities so that a healthy profit becomes a given and we can focus on becoming tremendous ambassadors for for Him within our trading zones.

Our businesses become successful and significant and entities that attract the broken and the lost from our employees, suppliers and clients. Entities that are anointed and full of fun and hope. Businesses that seem to have the ability to turn anything to gold.

‘Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.’

John 17:24

‘And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives its light, and its lamp is the Lamb.’

Revelation 21:23
